Raksha prepares absolutely delicious cakes! So far, I’ve had the pleasure of trying both the mixed fruit and rasmalai cakes, and both were exceptional. The flavors were perfectly balanced, and the textures were light and moist. She is also very professional, making the entire experience seamless from start to finish. Rich and moist with a deep chocolate flavor, it was beautifully balanced by the natural sweetness and refreshing contrast of the strawberries. The sweetness level was just right—not overpowering—which made it enjoyable for everyone. Stunningly presented and clearly made with high-quality ingredients, this cake is a must-try for any occasion!

Highly recommend! She has a unique ability to bring to life elaborate visions i had in my mind, while tasting absolutely fantastic. The cake was moist, not overly sweet, totally understood our choice of no food colours, minimalist yet elegant and fingerlicking good.
